Join us the  Weekend of October 14-15th, 2017
The Jamboree is open to all Challenger Little League Teams in the state of Florida. We are expecting approximately 400 athletes to attend. For the first time the Jamboree will be held in Central Florida at the South Orange Sports Complex in Orange County. Celebration Little League and South Orange Little League will be your hosts for the event.

The Jamboree will be an exciting two-day event filled with lots of fun and games! Saturday's festivities will begin at approximately 9:00 a.m. for check-in, opening ceremonies & games. For teams that travel longer distances your games can begin later in the day. A full schedule will be available once registration has closed. All teams will play two games during the Jamboree. Games will be approximately 80 minutes in length. The Jamboree will conclude with an amazing party after the last game on Saturday afternoon. An evening of fun and celebration will take place at one of our local attractions with a catered dinner, DJ, character visits and other wonderful surprises! For teams staying on through Sunday there will be one game on Sunday morning. Ticket packages will be available for purchase if you would like to visit any of our local attractions.

During the Jamboree, there will be a carnival area for families to enjoy games, bounce houses, and sponsor booths along with visits from our favorite Central Florida characters.

The Florida Challenger Jamboree is all about making this weekend as perfect as possible for our amazing athletes and their wonderful families. We look forward to maintaining the tradition Clearwater Little League has set over the years!

Why is the Jamboree named in Honor of Lou Caprara?
The Clearwater Little League suffered a huge loss with passing of Lou Caprara in November 2009. Lou spent over 40 years in service to Little League organizations in New York and Florida. Lou's efforts benefited all divisions of Little League. But, Lou had a special place in his heart for the Challenger Division. He led an outstanding Challenger program in New York. When Lou retired to the Clearwater area over 14 years ago... He helped to strengthen the Clearwater Little League and re-build a struggling Challenger Division. He was our benefactor and mentor. Lou was dedicated to bringing joy and happiness to our Challenger ball players. Our players were known as "Lou's Kids". Lou was big part of making our program a success. We are dedicated to continue the spirit of his efforts
